The Richland Group LLC (TRG) is a professional services organization that provides marketing and training in the use of tactical and outdoor sports products. The Richland Group LLC (TRG) is composed of Group Partners, a diverse group of professionals whose backgrounds are a combination of Military and Law Enforcement, offering a wide range of specialized products and services. Our instructors not only provide technical and tactical instruction to Law Enforcement and the U.S. and Foreign Military agencies, but develop and execute marketing strategies through high quality events to schools, Universities, and Corporations.

Some of our services provided to Law Enforcement and the Military include sales, systems integration and training and certification in the use of cutting edge technology such as Night Vision, Electro-Optical and Laser Sighting Systems, Navigation and Communication systems, Defensive Tactics, Less Than Lethal, Use of Force and Ballistic Protection equipment. Services provided to our private sector or civilian clients include Fire Arms Safety and Training, Situational Awareness and Personnel Protection, Hunter Safety Courses, Shooting Sports Courses, Fishing Tournaments, Vehicular Guided Adventure Tours, Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Cycling and other excursions.

We believe that exposure and training develop better educated and better prepared clients and consumers. It is because of this that we can represent a wide range of products and manufacturers. The products we represent are some of an ever expanding menu of the best equipment available to provide the technical edge needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure.

Our newest program and one of which we are quite proud is simply called Options. Statistics show that the number of extra curriculum activities offered to students in our education system has decreased dramatically over the years. This decrease in activities has played a major role in the violence among youth. Options is designed to encourage our nations youth to pursue activities and careers in outdoor sports while developing team building and sportsmanship skills. Partially funded by government grants and equipment manufacture support, Options has allowed young people to experience a life and time before video games became the popular sport. This program has also provide and untapped market for manufacturers to reach urban and inner city youth who become future customers the same impact Tiger Woods and the Williams sisters have had on the golf and tennis industries. It is because of our immersion technique that we are sought after as a marketing tool and equipment trainer by several manufacturers.
